SQUIRES Constructions (Qld) Pty Ltd is a family run business operated by father and son duo Terry and Daniel Squires. Personalised service is an attribute Terry and Daniel bring to the building industry and it is a quality they pride themselves on, something that can often be lost with the larger building companies. From the initial consultation, through the building stages and finally to handover, Terry and Daniel are in constant consultation with the client.

“We make it our duty to personally work with each client to help construct design ideas and styles, so we can work with their existing floor plans or help to design a plan specifically to meet their needs and suit their budget. “We also understand that one style of home is not suitable to everyone and that different people have different needs, so whether it’s a five bedroom home complete with parent’s retreat or a three bedroom home with a front office, we can work with clients to design a space that is truly unique to them.

“In this current financial climate, budget and finance are an important factor so we will work with our clients to provide suitable and functional design that will suit their budget,” Daniel said.  With more than 40 years experience in the building industry, Terry and Daniel bring together their knowledge of building products and design features to turn any house into a beautiful home.

Since starting their business together in 2002 the pair have built many brand new homes as well as renovated and extended countless others on the Sunshine Coast and Brisbane. 

Terry and Daniel have also been active in their local community for many years and was the primary builder behind the renovation of the Saez family home which featured on the Nine Network's Domestic Blitz in October 2008. The pair were already friends with the Saez family and when they heard about the Domestic Blitz project, they rallied up all their sub-contractors to help donate their time and materials to help surprise their friends.
